I started BerthaClipper.com because I saw a need for an easy to use coupon website. Over the years I have found that coupon shoppers are loyal, in fact, next to AM radio listeners, they are the most loyal of all types of consumers. Keep in mind though, customers are loyal to the coupon and that's why businesses can't just print one coupon and be done with their short term campaign. 

Coupon shoppers today have different methods of hunting down the best deals... Today, the internet is the number one place to search out highly sought after coupons. People who search for coupons are deliberate buyers. In other words, most are not window shopping. Consumers who shop for coupons via the internet are prepared to make a local purchase. Be it milk, a new pair of shoes or even a car - - if the consumer is looking for the coupon, they are looking to BUY! Coupons have proven themselves to be a highly effective sales tool for every conceivable size and type of business.

While other advertising is very important, the coupon is a great tool in your marketing tool chest.  In fact, Advertising Age (the Bible of the advertising industry) reports that 87% of all shoppers use coupons. That number includes me.
